A good warm up song for your run would be "Graceland" by Paul Simon. Actually, pretty much that whole album has a nice beat to it!

The Exies are awesome for any sort of fitness. Try out Feeling Lo-Fi, Ugly, Straight Girl of the Universe, Baby's Got a New Revelation, These are the Days. Mariana's Trench is also good: Say Anything, September, Shake Tramp. If you like rap/hip hop at all to run to, you have to have to have to have Jurassic 5 in there as much as possible. You could also try most everything by Hot Action Cop, All My Real Friends by High Holy Days, Mexican Wine by Fountains of Wayne, lots of songs by Breaking Benjamin but especially Breakdown. Download Smart Went Crazy, Trying to Find a Balance and Watch Out by Atmosphere. Wrong Number by The Cult. Brooklyn is Burning and Please Please Please by Head Automatica. Okayalright by moe., My Friends Over You by New Found Glory. You can't go wrong with some RHCP or Silverchair on there either. Please tell me you know who O.A.R. are...

Whenever I hear the song that I started the TC10k to last year I get fired up. There's no beat. No lyrics. Just some tones. Ha. Not much to get fired up about but it serves as a good intro track when I need to get in the 'zone'. It's called "UK" by Burial. Usually "Go Home, Get Down" by Death From Above 1979 is somewhere in the mix too...
